At 2Toos Perch & Co., we take pride in creating high-quality, handmade bird perches, swings, and stands. Each product is crafted from natural materials, and variations in size, shape, and texture are part of the wood’s unique beauty—not considered defects.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund & Return Policy explains your rights and our procedures for returns, exchanges, and refunds in compliance with Kansas consumer protection laws and applicable U.S. eCommerce regulations.
2. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:

The item is unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging.
Because our products are handmade and made from natural materials, slight differences in color, texture, or shape are normal and not eligible for returns or refunds.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back. Unauthorized returns (returns sent without prior approval) may not be accepted.

6. Refunds
