At 2Toos Perch & Co., we take great pride in carefully crafting, packaging, and delivering your handmade bird perches, swings, and stands. This Shipping Policy explains how and when we process, ship, and deliver your orders in accordance with Kansas state and U.S. consumer protection laws.

By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms described below.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–7 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Because our products are handmade and crafted to order, some items may require additional processing time.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed and another notification when your order has shipped.

If we anticipate a longer processing time, we will contact you directly via email.

3. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and delivery location.

We primarily ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the most reliable and cost-effective service for your area.

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • Domestic (U.S.) Standard Shipping: 3–10 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–4 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, postal delays, or carrier issues beyond our control.

4. Local Pickup and Delivery (Optional)

If you are located near Manhattan, Kansas, local pickup or delivery may be available by appointment.
Please contact us directly before placing your order to arrange this option.

5. Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States.

6. Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after shipment.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

We take care to pack every item securely; however, 2Toos Perch & Co. is not responsible for packages damaged or lost in transit.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
You may also contact us at the2toos@gmail.com within 7 business days of delivery, and we will assist you with any necessary documentation.

To help with a claim, please keep the original packaging and provide photos of the damaged item(s) and box.

8. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.

9. Shipping Restrictions

We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or locations restricted by U.S. shipping regulations. Certain oversized items may have additional limitations or costs.

10. Delays and Force Majeure

While we make every effort to deliver your order on time, 2Toos Perch & Co. is not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
natural disasters, postal strikes, transportation interruptions, or severe weather.
